Training

I design and deliver psychologically informed training for organisations, firms, and professional teams. My sessions draw on research in psychology, wellbeing, and professional identity, and are shaped to suit the needs of the group.

I offer talks, workshops, and structured programmes on topics such as resilience and sustainable working; burnout and early warning signs; emotional labour; professional identity and imposter syndrome; values and motivation; and the impact of stress in fast-paced environments. Each session invites thoughtful reflection, honest discussion, and practical steps that individuals and teams can apply immediately.

Training can be delivered in person or online, as lunchtime sessions, half-day workshops, or as part of wider wellbeing programmes. For legal teams, I also offer specialist sessions grounded in research on lawyers’ wellbeing and the particular pressures of legal practice.
