About me
I am a BACP accredited psychotherapist and executive coach offering therapy, coaching, training and reflective supervision for people seeking clarity, change or support with a particular difficulty.
My work is integrative, drawing on humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural ideas, and shaped collaboratively to suit each person. I offer both longer-term therapy and shorter-term focused work, depending on what feels most helpful.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I practised as a barrister for ten years. That experience left me with a particular interest in working with lawyers and others in high-pressure roles.
I have a Masters with distinction in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Roehampton, a Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School, and training in CBT-I at the University of Oxford.
I offer sessions in person in London and Gloucestershire, as well as online.
I am also a partner at The Novera Practice which offers training for organisations.
