My approach

It is important to me that you feel comfortable to talk about your problems, experiences and personal thoughts. While you will have some immediate pressing issues that bring you to therapy, there may also be some longer-term, underlying issues concerning you.

I have worked with a wide variety of people from all walks of life, and with many different reasons for coming to therapy. I have experience working for the NHS and work online or in person in London or Gloucestershire.

My approach tends to be active and engaged and my aim is to help you achieve insight into what makes you tick. We will work collaboratively to develop strategies that assist you in living a complete, fulfilling life.
